Hi, welcome!
Denn Starr Intergalactic Bounty Hunter.
Just a note to say, I’m working on a new 3D comic project but these images are fun 🙂
A comic strip about a bounty hunter in a hostile and dangerous galaxy.

Art and words by Jim Eadon. Art created using Daz Studio and GIMP. The models, e.g. spaceships, I use in Daz are usually paid for, so I didn’t create everything from scratch, I take existing stuff and alter it in various ways (apparance, shape). And, of course, I positon and pose the models. There’s other stuff, too, but you get the idea. Post production, including tweaks and speech bubbles, is done using the awkwardly-named GIMP (Gnu Image Manipulation Program).
Daz 3D Studio is free but closed-source software, apparently based on Blender (Blender is open source). I also use GIMP, an excellent open source Photoshop alternative for image-editing power-users.
More pictures will be posted here soon… [Update – I’m pondering a different story, probably with the same characters but not sci-fi. In retrospect Sci-fi is too limiting, especially for 3D art where resouces are relatively limited, though, over time, this is getting less of a problem.]
